    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: DUTY & TAX INFO

    All of our orders are shipped from the USA. Customer shipments with a destination outside the United States may be billed additional customs and post office fees (including duties, taxes and VAT) that we cannot control. Some countries will contact you using your checkout information and hold up your shipment until you pay the extra fees. Such fees vary and may be substantial. For Canada, using GlobalPost/USPS may avoid extra fees but we cannot guarantee it. The shipping carriers and their shipping rates sometimes include all the costs for an international shipment, but we cannot guarantee it as different countries have different fees and procedures that are subject to changes and restrictions. It is recommended you review your country's fees and policies before purchase. Please allow up to 60-90 days shipping time for certain destinations using GlobalPost and some other international shipping options.

    ALL CUSTOMERS:

    Most customers in the USA will receive their items in 1-2 weeks. We attempt to process all orders out the door within 4-7 business days of purchase excluding pre-orders with priority given to express orders. Shipping delivery times may vary and are only estimates given by the carriers in addition to our processing times. Shipping is subject to weather delays from source to destination, customs delays, COVID delays and other things out of our control. COVID-19 in particular has negatively impacted supply chains, shipping and processing times. Dreambranding.com has no control over the carriers and attempts to send a shipping notification with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout.
    Free Return Policy

    Refund policy

    Dreambranding.com, dream.shop and dreams.is allow for free domestic returns where applicable. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase(s), you may return your order for a full refund excluding occasional items that are described as non-refundable. Our return policy is up to 365 days from the original purchase date.

    Returns cannot be worn, washed or damaged.  Once your return is received, it may take 7-10 business days to process and refund your purchase.  Credit card refunds usually take another 1-2 business days.  You will be notified via email when a refund is being issued.

    DOMESTIC RETURNS***(United States only)*** It’s as easy as 1,2,3
    (Products described as non-refundable will not be refunded)
    1.  "Click Here" to visit our Returns Portal to start the return process.
    2.  We will email you a pre-paid return shipping label.
    3.  Re-package and ship your return using the label supplied.  That's all
         you have to do!

    DOMESTIC EXCHANGES***(United States only)***
    Because inventory is constantly changing, the way to exchange a purchase is to place a new order for the item you want to purchase, and return the current item back. Products described as non-refundable will not be refunded. Products described as non-exchangeable will not be exchanged.

    1. Purchase the new item
    2. Follow return steps #1,2 and 3 above.  That's it.  There will be no cost to you.

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES**** (Outside of the United States only) ***
    Unfortunately, on international orders, we are unable to provide a pre-paid return label. As a result, we ask that you cover the cost of the return shipping BUT, we will refund the full shipping cost from your original order, along with the cost of the returned product making it free from restocking, handling and other fees. Products described as non-refundable will not receive a refund or exchange.
