DOMESTIC SHIPPINGDreamBranding uses USPS and UPS for shipping! Once a product is shipped you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping can take from 5-14 business days. If you want to track your package simply go to USPS.com or UPS.com depending on your shipping method. For UPS, you can also reach out to them at 800-742-5877. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGDreamBranding uses USPS GlobalPost Standard International for standard shipping. Once a product is shipped you will be informed with a tracking number. Standard shipping could take 30 - 60 business days. If you want to track your package, you can try using goglobalpost.com, parcelsapp.com, asendiausa.com, or your country's post office website (Royal Mail for UK, Canada Post for Canada, PostNL, for The Netherlands, etc). If the 60 business days have passed and you have still not received your package nor have you seen any updates in your tracking information, please contact us atsupport@dreambranding.com for assistance.
WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?Shipments are processed Monday-Friday, except for US national and government holidays. Standard USPS shipments are processed as quickly as possible. If you have not received an order confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, you may contact

Other shipping options for expedited delivery are available for additional charges that are created by the shipper of choice.
About Customs, Duties and Taxes
When ordering from Dreambranding.com you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Dreambranding has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Duties/VATS are charged based on the regular price of the item not on any sale or discount that is offered.
